Fresh - Frozen - Dried Oysters

BAVABI fresh oysters are farmed in clean, unpolluted waters in Van Don, Quang Ninh, ensuring the highest quality standards. After harvesting, the oysters are carefully inspected before being transferred to the factory for preliminary processing and processing.

BAVABI frozen oysters are processed using modern IQF freezing technology, which helps preserve freshness and nutrients. This process involves washing the oysters with disinfected seawater, splitting them in half, and flash freezing them at -60°C. Thanks to this, BAVABI frozen oysters can be stored for a long time while still ensuring the same quality as the original.

BAVABI dried oysters are also a prominent product, made from fresh oysters from Van Don sea, meeting strict export standards. The dried oyster production process includes shelling, drying in a solar dryer, and storing at -18°C. BAVABI’s dried oyster products are not only widely distributed domestically but also exported to demanding markets such as Asia and Europe.
