BAVABI dried squid is sun-dried from fresh squid tubes from Vân Đồn – Quảng Ninh, certified as a 3-star OCOP quality product. The dried squid has a natural light pink color, a non-fishy smell, and is not sticky to the touch. When grilled, the dried squid tastes delicious, tearing into fluffy white and tender flesh that is chewy without crumbling.

To produce high-quality products, Bavabi carefully prepares every stage, from sourcing raw materials to processing and preservation, adhering to strict standards. For raw materials, Bavabi surveys and signs procurement contracts with fishing boats in the Vân Đồn, Bạch Long Vĩ, Cô Tô… fishing areas. Fresh squid arriving at the port is strictly quality controlled, and only those that meet the standards are processed and produced according to HACCP and ISO2200 standards.
