Bayaki Bavabi Oyster Crackers use high-quality Pacific milk oysters as the main ingredient. This is a famous specialty dish of Van Don, Quang Ninh province.
All-natural clean ingredients
The milk oysters are sourced from Bavabi’s farming area located in Ban Sen island commune, Van Don, Quang Ninh. The farming process is completely natural and pollution-free. Everything is strictly controlled from selecting the oyster seed, nurturing to harvesting. The standard processing oysters weigh an average of 10-12 oysters/kg.
Closed production process meeting standards
Oyster crackers are produced in Bavabi’s closed system factories. Using advanced processing technology, complying with 5S standards. Applied standards: ISO9001-2015, 10160-HACCP.
Each dough is carefully kneaded, and each cracker is rolled at a temperature that is precisely controlled. The steps are meticulously carried out to produce the perfect cracker.
The oyster crackers are dried in a modern drying house to achieve maximum crispness, eliminating the need for preservatives, yet they still have a long shelf life even when raw. When fried, they puff up crispy, crunchy, and very fragrant.
