Today (May 13), at Tuan Chau International Tourist Area, the opening ceremony of the Food Festival took place, an activity within the series of events to stimulate summer tourism in Ha Long – Quang Ninh 2022.
The festival will have the participation of 150 booths displaying and introducing cuisine, OCOP products of Quang Ninh and other provinces and cities; cultural activities, arts, and attractive and unique folk games. In addition, the Festival also promotes and introduces Quang Ninh tourism products with the message “Quang Ninh – Safe, friendly, attractive destination; ready to welcome you back”. And art programs, street music performances, culinary demonstrations and cocktail mixing…

The opening ceremony of the Ha Long – Quang Ninh Food Festival 2022 will start from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on May 13 at the stage of the Tuan Chau International Tourist Area Square. The program has the participation of about 300 delegates who are leaders, representatives of ministries, branches, General Department of Tourism and departments, institutes, and affiliated units.

Festival Ha Long – Quang Ninh Cuisine 2022 is an activity to stimulate tourism, contribute to stabilizing and recovering, growing tourism, striving to attract tourists with the highest efficiency in the new normal conditions while strongly spreading the message: “Quang Ninh – Safe, friendly, attractive destination; ready to welcome you back”.
The festival also aims to promote and honor the typical culinary and cultural values of localities in the province to friends, domestic and international tourists; associated with SEA Games 31, completing Quang Ninh’s goal of welcoming 10 million tourists in 2022.
