What is oyster extract?
Oyster extract is made from milk oysters after being ground into powder. Raw materials for oyster extract production
BAVABI oyster extract is extracted from 100% Pacific milk oysters, oysters are raised in a planned area, controlled by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in Van Don, Quang Ninh. This is a farming area with clean water, not polluted, and is periodically sampled and analyzed.
Oysters reach maturity and meet export standards, size 8 – 12 pieces/kg. After checking the quality of the oysters and confirming that the accumulated zinc and nutritional content is high, they will be harvested.
Bavabi oyster extraction process
The oyster essence extraction process is carried out in 7 steps as follows:
- Step 1: Classify and select raw materials. Choose oysters with standard size from 10 – 14cm. Oysters are not contaminated with heavy metals, microorganisms, and have the highest content of Zinc and Protein.
- Step 2: Wash the oysters, remove dirt from the outside. Then the shell is removed and the intestines are collected according to the process to ensure food hygiene and safety.
- Step 3: Wash the intestines with diluted salt water cooled at 2 – 4°C and move to the grinding stage.
- Step 4: Break the cells through a superfine grinding device.
- Step 5: Hydrolyze with enzymes for 24 hours.
- Step 6: Filtered through a cross-flow filter system, the solution containing Peptides is obtained. It has a size of less than 10 kDa (Kilodalton) to enrich biologically active Peptides.
- Step 7: Then the solution is transferred to the spray drying stage. The oyster essence is obtained in the form of a completely soluble powder, moisture content of 5%. Protein content over 50%, Zinc content over 0.3 mg/g, recovery rate of 0.8%. That is, for every 100kg of fresh oysters, 0.8 kg of oyster essence will be obtained. Or for every 1 ton of oyster shells, only nearly 1 kg of oyster essence will be obtained.

- Treat menstrual cramps: 20g of form of the plant, 30g of Sophora japonica flower, 25g of motherwort. Burn the form of the plant into lime, boil with the above herbs. Then take 150ml of water, divide into 2 doses per day. Drink for 5 consecutive days, 10 days before menstruation.
