Bavabi participates in Vietnam International Tourism Fair – VITM Hanoi 2022

Vietnam International Travel Mart (VITM) is the leading and only International Fair in Vietnam. The Fair is organized annually in April by the Vietnam Tourism Association. Sponsored by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Over the past 2 years, the COVID-19 pandemic has had a negative and profound impact on the world economy, including the tourism industry. With the attention of the Prime Minister, the support of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the efforts of tourism businesses, Vietnam Tourism is gradually recovering. Including both inbound and outbound.

The fair was officially opened on the morning of March 31 at the Hanoi Friendship Cultural Palace. The theme of the VITM Hanoi Fair is “New Normal – New Opportunities for Vietnam Tourism”. The fair will take place for 4 days from March 31 to April 3, 2022. This is considered the opening event for a new phase of the Vietnamese tourism industry. Marking a milestone after 2 years of interruption due to the pandemic.

The fair has the participation of tourism management and promotion agencies from 52 provinces and cities across the country. In addition, there is also the participation of countries and territories. Including: Japan, Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan (China) and Turkey). There are about 320 booths and about 2,500 businesses visiting and working at the event.

Responding to participating in VITM Hanoi 2022, BAVABI also has its own booth introducing seafood floss products. Including oyster floss, shrimp floss, fish floss, mantis shrimp floss, oyster crackers… contributing to promoting Quang Ninh’s specialty dishes to visitors and other businesses. Here, visitors can freely take photos, check in, taste dishes with the rich flavor of the sea…

In addition to Bavabi, the Organizing Committee estimates that there will be about 2,500 businesses visiting and working at the Fair. The number of visitors coming to visit, learn information and buy services is estimated at about 40,000. The Vietnam International Tourism Fair – VITM Hanoi 2022 is one of the activities marking a new page for the tourism industry to start the “new normal”.
