As mentioned, marine fish have very high nutritional value including proteins, minerals, and vitamins, notably vitamins A and D which can be absorbed up to 96% when in fats. Additionally, the high content of nucleic acid (DHA) in marine fish is essential for fetal brain development, making it an ideal choice for pregnant women. To date, studies have not found any plants or animals with DHA similar to that in marine fish.

• Spices: sugar, salt, Van Don fish sauce.

• Protein: 40-50 g
• Lipid: 10-13 g
• Total sugar: 2-3 g.
